Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

We ship nationwide within South Africa via Courier Guy.

Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping
Estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.

To protect the integrity of heat sensitive products such as serums and creams, we strongly recommend selecting Express Shipping during the summer months or in periods of elevated temperatures. Faster transit helps maintain optimal product quality during delivery.

Packaging Standards

Every SALF. Skin and Co. order is packed with care using protective materials and securely sealed packaging to help prevent leakage or damage during transit. Our team follows strict handling procedures to ensure your products arrive in excellent condition.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your Courier Guy tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery progress directly with the courier.
